NEA PremierCare is under the direction of Mark Carpenter. Carpenter,
Director of NEA PremierCare, came to Jonesboro from Fort Smith in the summer
of 2004. He has years of experience in contracting with employers and
insurance companies, regional and national Preferred Provider Organizations
(PPO), and physician and hospital network development. Carpenter also has a
proven track record in sales and marketing of network services, member and
provider services and occupational medicine. He has much knowledge in
health education and wellness, medical management, and claims processing to
bring to the northeast Arkansas health system family.
